It's the first day of our summer work and of course everyone has gone batshit crazy. My husband is semi-unmedicated, so I'm just warning people as I see them. It's really all I can do. Eventually, someone isn't going to heed my warning and get their ass beat. Oh well...what do you do? I keep bail money put up for times like these.

I'm going to get to work now. Thanks to all of the cooks who got out in the heat and cooked this weekend to support the various charities - it was a hot sonofabitch. I'm counting the days until I hook my little trailer and go to West for the weekend! We'll cook at Cowtown, then I'm going to relax on the Guadalupe for a few days, then come back and get to work on Mild Bill's Ellis Co. home :)
